Ando Living Liberdade Clubhouse is sold out!

We are thrilled to announce that our first European Clubhouse, Ando Living Liberdade, set to open in 2025, is officially sold out!

We are excited to welcome 39 new members to the Ando Living community, each finding their perfect investment or second home. In less than a year, they’ll enjoy a terrace, pool, lively restaurant and bar, concept store and a vibrant community of like-minded locals, all under one roof.

And when they are not using their apartment, we will generate revenue for them –up to 7%-, thanks to our fully managed rental service and the touristic license we secured for the building.

As well, the Ando Living Augusta House is now officially sold out too!

The OptylonKrea sales team swiftly sold all the apartments within just a few months to both Portuguese and international investors. Augusta House is located on Lisbon’s iconic commercial street in the heart Baixa vibrant neighbourhood.

This 2016 refurbishment project features six touristic apartments, each redesigned with Ando Living’s signature style. Since opening to guests in summer 2022, the Augusta House has consistently impressed, earning an outstanding 9.5/10 guest satisfaction rating, a testament to the quality and experience Ando Living offers. 

When owners are not using their apartments, OptylonKrea provides a fully managed rental service that generates steady income, with an annual yield of up to 7%, supported by the touristic license secured for the building. 

New building acquisition for Prima Europe fund, advised by Optylon Krea

In May 2024 Prima Europe Fund invested in Estreliciafetiva to acquire a prime corner building of 3,000 sqm situated between Conde Redondo and Luciano Cordeiro streets in the distinguished Liberdade district of Lisbon, Portugal.
The upcoming project involves transforming this vacant 1960s office building into an elegant Ando Living Clubhouse. The building will house around 50 beautifully designed serviced-appartements across seven floors, with dining and entertainment facilities on both the ground floor and rooftop.

This initiative aligns with our commitment to delivering lucrative investment opportunities for Prima Europe Fund.

Impressive 1.3X return on investment for the latest Prima Europe Fund operation

We are proud to announce that Prima Europe Fund, advised by us Optylon Krea, achieved a 1.3X return in just 18 months by selling the company ‘Polisfenómeno Lda’ which owns a historical building located in the centre of Lisbon in Baixa neighbourhood, Rua Nova Do Almada 1. The building has a gross construction area above ground of 2,700 sqm and 4 floors above ground and will hold 2 retail units.
Ando Living will be launching the sales of 24 serviced apartments in January 2025 and will operate the whole building once the refurbishment is completed by 2026.

Prima Europe Fund portfolio expansion

Atlantic Pretext, another Prima Europe Fund company, has further expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of six residential units on Rua Augusta in Lisbon and six more in Porto’s Santa Catarina district. Several of these units have already been sold in 2024. Managed by Ando Living as short-term rentals, these properties will offer guests unforgettable stays in Portugal’s most sought-after locations.
